Platform, seats, usage. Nothing bundled you don't run.
One platform fee keeps the customer identity running. Seats cover the modules your team opens. AI and messaging are metered, so you pay for volume you actually put through.

Seats give people access. These two lines cover the identity layer underneath, and the AI and messaging volume you push through it.
One-ID, integrations and security
Identity resolution across every channel, the integration layer, admin, audit logging and the security posture. Charged per organisation, not per seat, because one customer record serves everybody.
AI analysis and channel messaging
Conversation AI is token-metered, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one. Messaging is passed through at the rate the channel charges us, with no markup.
Every account gets a monthly usage allowance included in the platform fee, and a hard cap you set yourself, so an unexpected campaign cannot produce an unexpected invoice. Usage is visible live in the console, priced to the second for voice and to the message for channels. WhatsApp and SMS rates are set by Meta and the operators, vary by country and conversation category, and change without our involvement, which is why we pass them through rather than repackage them.
Pricing questions
What's actually in the free tier?
One module, two users, and 10 minutes of free voice analytics, roughly 2-3 real calls. Plus unlimited runs of the pre-built industry workflows on sample data. No card, nothing expires.
Why is AI usage metered instead of included?
Conversation AI costs scale with the volume you send through it. A flat bundle means light users subsidise heavy ones, and heavy users hit a wall mid-quarter. Metering keeps a 300-call month cheap and a 30,000-call month predictable, and the cap you set means it can never surprise you.
Do you mark up WhatsApp and SMS?
No. Meta and the telecom operators set those rates per country and per conversation category, and they change them periodically. We pass the charge through at cost and show it as its own line, so you can reconcile it against the channel's own reporting.
Can I buy one module?
Yes. Starter runs the CRM and campaign side without the analytics stack; Professional adds conversation QA and the rest. Every module reads the same customer identity, so the second one you switch on is worth more than the first.
Do you offer on-premise?
Yes, on Enterprise. We can deploy on-premise, in your private cloud, in public cloud, or hybrid, with data residency in the region you choose.
What happens when I outgrow a tier?
Seats and usage flex within a tier. Moving from Starter to Professional is a mid-term upgrade prorated to your renewal date, and nothing is re-implemented, because the customer identity and history carry across.
Prices exclude GST. Annual billing shown; monthly billing is available at a premium. Usage rates are reviewed periodically and any change is notified a full billing cycle in advance.
